DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY
The college was established on 20thDec, 1984 through a Government Order vide G.O.Ms.No.306 Edn.Dt.19.07.1983, course offered in Arts with B.A.(History, Economics & Political Science). There is more demand for the BA group and more than 50 students were admitted every year.
It Dept. has the freedom in planning and organizing, curricular and co-curricular activities like Historical Tours, Field Trips, Seminars, Assignments, Quiz, Study Projects, Debates, Group Discussions, ICT based teaching, Guest Lectures and Extension Activities etc.
The Dept. has provided free civil services coaching to our college students.
