Vision:
To make the student physically, mentally and ethically healthy and to provide the student skills to acquire job in the present job market.
Mission:
The department works towards enlightening the student community by making History as a source of inspiration and knowledge. Students are encouraged to find practical solutions to present issues through lived experiences of the historical past. The department promotes discuss, debate and discourse as classroom activities to make learning an experience rather than a mere process.
